How to Remove Someone from Facebook Group
- Open your Facebook and login to your account
- As soon as you log in, you will be redirected to the homepage of your news feed, where you can see a menu on the top left. From that menu select group
- Once you select a group, click on the members in the left menu
- Now find the member, which you don’t want in the group, and want to remove that member
- Next to the name of the member, you can see three horizontal dots, click on that dots, and select “Remove from the group”
- Once you click on the “remove from the group option”, you will be asked if you want to delete the posts and comments from that particular person, if you want to delete them, then you can check in the box.
- At last, click confirm.
This way you can delete any member from the Facebook group chat.
Does the person notify on removing from the group?
Whenever you as an admin remove a person from the Facebook group, that person won’t be notified. Whenever he/she tries to send a message in that group, will not be able to send the message, at that time the person will come to know about it.
If you have only removed the person, then that person can send the request to join the group again, but if you have blocked the person then he/she won’t be able to find the group.
